DTX Intrusion – Account and Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their DTX Intrusion account and associated data.
How to request deletion:
1. Send an email to: info@diodetronix.com
2. Use the subject line: Delete My DTX Intrusion Account
3. Include your registered email address
Data that will be deleted:
- User account (Firebase Authentication)
- User profile information
- Panels, phone numbers, and site locations stored in the app
Data retention:
- All data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of the request
- No data is retained after deletion
