DESIGN & TECHNOLOGY
Maile Speetjens serves as Professor of Costume Design and Technology for University of Hawaii, Manoa. Originally from Kauai, Maile received an MFA in Costume Design and Technology from the University of Georgia, Athens, and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Emerson College. Prior to joining the team at UHM, Maile worked as Costume Shop Manager and Special Assistant Professor of Costume Design at Colorado State University. She has designed, draped, and worked as wardrobe supervisor in Boston, Georgia, Hawaii and Colorado. Maile has worked extensively in Children's Theatre as a designer, director, and teacher. She spent over 10 years working with Hawaii Children's Theatre on Kauai, and 4 years directing Kids Do It All, a program in Colorado focusing on devised Children's Theatre. Maile's passion is creating a collaborative and educational environment for students to explore, expand, and HAVE FUN; after all, it's called a play!
Maile enjoys scuba diving and spending time with her family (both human and canine) on her time off.

Sherrice Mojgani (she/her) is a New Orleans based theatrical lighting designer. She has designed for Arena Stage, Round House Theater, Baltimore Center Stage, Pittsburgh Public Theater, The Guthrie, and The Old Globe. In 2019 Mrs. Mojgani’s design for Into the Woods at Barrington Stage won a Berkshire Theatre Critics Circle Award. Mrs. Mojgani is an Associate Professor in the Department of Theater and Dance at Tulane University. She has previous taught at George Mason University. Mrs. Mojgani is a proud member of United Scenic Artist 829. Originally from Orange County California, Mrs Mojgani holds a BA in Theatre Arts from UC Santa Cruz, and an MFA in Lighting Design from UC San Diego.
Ashley Costa has worked at Walt Disney World for 19 years in Cosmetology. She has a B.F.A. in Costume Design and Marketing and is a licensed cosmologist for 25 years. She has worked in all 4 Theme parks supporting character offerings, live shows, and attractions as well as our special event and convention area. She transitioned to supporting Disney Cruise line in 2017 and opened Marvel Day at Sea, the Disney Wish, The Disney Treasure and most recently leading the Costuming and Cosmetology team for 98th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Disney Cruise Line unit. Ashley is currently the Area Manager for Cosmetology supporting the Fleet and new ship builds.
Lindsay Putnam is a sound designer and educator whose works include award-winning escape rooms, musicals, plays, devised pieces, and new works. She has held positions at a variety of venues including Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Disneyland, The Den Theatre, Ground & Field Festival, Pegasus Playlab, TheatreUCF, Dr. Phillips Center, South Coast Repertory, PCPA, Solvang Festival Theatre, The Escape Ventures, and online streaming platforms. She has previously taught at University of Central Florida and Pacific Conservatory Theatre, and is currently an Assistant Professor of Sound Design at University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
Disney Live Entertainment
Lindsay is the Manager of Technical Direction, Sustainment with Disney Live Entertainment where she leads maintenance and sustainment efforts for entertainment offerings at the Walt Disney World Resort. Lindsay started her Disney career in 2010 as a stage manager supporting shows and events at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. In 2016, Lindsay became a Production Manager at Disney Live Entertainment, transitioning to the role of Technical Director in 2017. As a TD, Lindsay supported the design and installation of new shows and events including parades, spectaculars, and the Walt Disney World 50th Celebration. Lindsay is a 2022 recipient of the Walt Disney Legacy Award and leads departmental Inclusion and Relevancy efforts. Prior to her career at Disney, Lindsay performed, stage managed, and held technical positions Off-Broadway, on tour with multiple circuses, and at regional theatres. She is also the Director of Production for her family’s company Show Before the Show where she produces, directs, and supplies onstage and backstage talent for pop culture conventions worldwide. Lindsay holds a BA in Theatre Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University, is a certified Project Management Professional, and a member of the Women in Production Collective.
STAGE MANAGEMENT
Sarah Hardej is currently a Production Stage Manager for Disney Live Entertainment in Orlando, FL. Before moving to Florida, she worked in the theater and dance fields in the northeast, stage managing The Nutcracker, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and other shows for the Albany Berkshire Ballet. She received her AA from Berkshire Community College and BA from the University of Tampa. During her 20+ years at Walt Disney World, she has coordinated youth events and stage-managed special events and shows at all four Disney theme parks, Disney Springs, ESPN Wide World of Sports, many of Disney’s resort hotels, and even a few Disney Cruise Line ships. Sarah loves calling shows with live orchestras and bands like EPCOT’s Candlelight Processional and Disney on Broadway shows and has also had the wonderful opportunity to manage large fireworks spectaculars such as Harmonious. Because Sarah has a passion for continuous learning and sharing her knowledge, she facilitates DLE’s Stage Manager Training classes and mentors the department’s Production Assistants. Sarah finds gratification in reaching many kinds of audiences at Disney, from professionals attending conferences, to high school students at weekend learning events, to families introducing their children to live singers and dancers on a big stage.
Tracy Armagost is beginning her 38th Season with the Santa Fe Opera.
Tracy’s first position with the Santa Fe Opera was as a Properties Carpenter Apprentice. Over the years, she has also worked as part of the Properties Run Crew, Development Office, and the Housing Office to name a few.
For the last 26 years, Tracy has been at the opera as the Production and Recruiting Coordinator. Her main responsibilities include the programming and recruiting for the Apprentice Program for Technicians and facilitating the hiring for the seasonal production Staff.
When Tracy first began in her current position, she assisted in expanding and developing the Stage Management Fellowship program in Region V as well as other regions for KCACTF. Over the years she has interviewed thousands of students for seasonal positions at the Santa Fe Opera, conducted workshops and served as Design and Production respondent for KCACTF.
In 2014, she was honored to receive a Kennedy Center Gold Medallion in Region V. In 2023 she and her fellow Department heads where honored again, by receiving a gold medallion at the National Festival for their support of KCACTF and the students.
When not travelling for work (or pleasure), Tracy creates single addition artist books. She also creates monoprints and mixed media collages, which she incorporates into her books.
