Professional Data: Information about dental technicians, moderators, and administrators.
Patient Data: Surnames of patients and order details (types of prosthetics, prices, dates) entered by the users to manage their laboratory workflow.

Data Retention Policy
We retain your personal and professional data only for as long as is necessary to provide you with our Service and for legitimate and essential business purposes, such as maintaining the performance of the app, making data-driven business decisions about new features and offerings, complying with our legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
Active Accounts: User data, including order history and profiles, is retained as long as your account remains active in our database.
Deleted Accounts: Once you request account deletion, your personal data and associated laboratory records are permanently removed from our active production servers within 30 days.
Data Deletion (How to delete your profile)
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. DTLab Online provides two methods to delete your account and all associated data from our database:
Method 1 (In-App Deletion): Open the DTLab Online app, go to Settings, select "Profile," and click the "Delete account" button. This will automatically initiate the removal of your data.
Method 2 (Manual Request): You can call or write to our support team via any messenger at +380970083684 or email us at sysadmh07@gmail.com to receive step-by-step instructions or request manual deletion of your account from our database.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
