The DTI-Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa (DTI-PPG) is a livelihood seeding and entrepreneurship development program for micro enterprises, with priority in areas affected by fire incidents and other calamities. This shall also include other health disasters such as pandemics, individuals and enterprises in NCR who have voluntarily moved to identified rural areas under the Balik Probinsya Program for the purpose of establishing or relocating a microenterprise.

The initiative intends to support communities especially micro enterprises to resume their business after devastating fire incidents and other calamities, including armed conflicts. This shall also include other health disasters such as pandemics, individuals and enterprises in NCR who have voluntarily moved to identified rural areas under the Balik Probinsya Program for the purpose of establishing or relocating a microenterprise.
