Punishments within Death Troopers are issued by Deputy Director+, however, Commanders may also issue a punishment with permissions from Deputy Director+. Rules do not have specific punishments. Therefore, any form of punishment can be given according to the severity of the situation, morals as well as the equity of the punishment issuer.
1) Warning
A verbal warning is issued for a first-time or minor offense. This serves as a formal notice and reminder to adhere to the division’s rules.
2) Strikes
After receiving two verbal warnings, a strike will be issued. Once the first strike is given, the second and third strikes do not require further verbal warnings.
Strikes will be logged in #infractions.
Strikes can be appealed after 2 weeks from the date of issuance.
3) Demotion / Kick / Blacklist
Upon receiving three strikes, the member will face disciplinary action such as a demotion, kick, or blacklist depending on the severity of the offenses.
For LR members: 3 strikes = Kick / Blacklist / Demotion
For MR / HR members: 3 strikes = Demotion
After being removed, the individual will be given a cooldown period (measured in weeks) before becoming eligible to appeal or rejoin the division. Blacklist appeals are done in the Galactic Empire discord server.
