IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Selected DTC Lab software tools and sample input data along with the study materials and Java installer are available from the LINK (Sent to the Selected Participants via Email). You need to install Java in your Computer to work with the tools. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE JAVA INSTALLED IN YOUR SYSTEM, NO NEED TO REINSTALL.
2. The link for joining the programme will be informed via email on December 15, 2023. The link should not be shared with anyone else. The Microsoft Teams platform will be used. The participants must ensure good connectivity.
3. On December 16, 2023, there will be an Introductory session at 9.45 am. The participants are advised to join at 9.30 am.
4. The technical session will start from 10 am, and the details of the programme are available here.
5. The participants should keep their audio muted and video switched off during the technical sessions unless specifically requested to talk.
6. Any question to the speaker should be typed only via the chat box.
7. Attendance can be checked randomly.
8. At the end of the Workshop there will be an Interaction/Discussion session where the participants will be allowed to talk. Finally there will be a mandatory Online quiz. Those who attend the full session and participate in the Quiz will be given an Electronic Certificate by the DTC Lab.
9. The Workshop will end by 5 pm.
10. Participants are normally allowed to talk only during the Introductory and Closing sessions and not during technical sessions. But attendance at all the sessions will be mandatory and randomly verified.
11. Participation certificates will be sent via email after the programme is over.
