(DSWD) – Department of Social Welfare and Development is a Government agency in the philippines provices various Educational assistance programs to support the education of qualified students and low-Income Families, Main aim is to provide Educational assistance to Children, Youth and adults to access educational Opportunities to improve chances of escaping the poverty.
The DSWD Cash Assistance program is to help the students with School expenses, This cash assistance can be used by the students to pay their Tuition, Book allowance, Living Allowance and other related Expenses, to Apply DSWD Educational Assistance Follow the Steps.
Following are the list of Documents required to apply DSWD Educational Assistance 2023:
School ID card of Students
Proof of Enrollment
Authorization letter – if the applicant is not available
ID of Parents or Guardians
Here are the DSWD Educational assistance requirements helps to apply DSWD Cash assistance:
He or she must be a Breadwinner
Must be a Working Student
Who has no Family or Living with relatives
Childern of Solo parent
Must be with no Source for Living
(OFWS) – Child of Overseas Filipino Workers
(PWDs) – Child of Persons with Disabilities
Must be a Victim of Domestic Abuse
Victim of Natural Disasters
The DSWD Cash assistance for students will be given as follows:
PhP 1,000 for Elementary Students
PhP 2,000 for High School Students
PhP 3,000 for Senior High School Students
PhP 4,000 for Vocational or College Students
AICS – Assistance to individuals in Crisis Situations, This Program proides Students with financial support/aid under the DSWD Educational Assistance program, The Education assistance include ranging form Php1,000 to Php4,000, Which will be depending on the Current level of Education,
