Esmadi Abu Abu Seman, Ph. D, is a Senior Lecturer of Information Systems at Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Malaysia. He received his Ph. D from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2016. His research focuses on strategic DSS, networking and community informatics. He has collaborated with numerous governmental institutions, such as the Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU), and currently working with SME Corporation Malaysia to significantly enhance the impact of ICT on Malaysian public and private organisations. In addition to academic works, Esmadi Abu has been a consultant to various public agencies and was an active speaker with the Malaysia Postgraduate Workshop Series.
