In zinc die casting section we have one Fully Automatic Producer 75Ton Hot Chamber Die Casting Machine. Our Automatic Die Casting Machine can cast up to 700-900 Gram job. Our current major product of Zinc is Joint Collar that is used in Royal Enfield Classic rear view mirror. We are producing around 6k units of joint collar in 8 working hours from die casting to different finishing and machining operations.

As we are also indulged in Sheet Metal components manufacturing for that we have various power presses and hand presses ranging from 50 ton to 1ton. We are producing 40k indicator bulb holders of different types in 8 working hours.

In Aluminium Die Casting Section, we have one Automatic 180 Ton Cold Chamber Die Casting Machine. Our die casting machine can cast up to 2000 to 3000 gram job. Our current major product of Aluminium Die Casting is various types of Housing & Heat sink that is used in automotive lighting.

Nickel chrome plating is the most common plating technique that utilizes nickel and chromium electrodeposits to form a multiple-layered finish on a substrate. The motorcycle and automobile industries use this process to achieve a shiny and glossy appearance on their parts. It forms a hard outer layer that improves the corrosion and wear resistance of the substrate. Apart from metal plating, it is also used on plastic material for decorative purposes.
