DSOD Online courses are oriented by different themes. Each online program focuses on different techniques and covers up specific level.
This is an intensive course for general dancers or people who would like to improve the strength and flexibility in order to gain more strength and flexibility. It will utilize knowledge selected and combined from ballet, Pilates, yoga, Oriental dance, fitness and physiotherapy.
The purpose of this intensive course is to train your body to be habitually 1) in the correct position; 2) strong & flexibility; 3) self-consicious and self-awared. The methods you will learn from this program are safe, non-forceful and accessible for your own practice at home. All the props required for this program are also safe and accessible to either dancers or non-dancers.

This intensive course focuses on core techniques at our shoulders, chest, belly and hips. The teaching cover individual techniques, core combination and core isolation.
In addition, students will learn a drum solo piece throughout this course.

Arms, Emotions & Space Program focuses on breathing techniques, chest techniques and arm techniques and the application of bodily and contextual space in order to train dancers' ability of expressiveness.
It transforms students' technique into a deeper level and raises students awareness of space application for gaining more artistic temperament within their dance.

Legs & Floorwork focuses on combining trainings on the strength, flexibility and elegant line on your legs with all the core techniques which applying the power and flexibility and postures on your legs. The teaching in this program combines the teaching in ballet on basic leg techniques and its application in Oriental dance.

Steps & Traveling focuses on different levels of steps in oriental dance. The teaching in this program combines the teaching on Arabic music theory and the common rhythms in Oriental dance.

Spinning Professional program focuses on different levels of spinning techniques for general dancers, especially for Oriental dance. The teaching in this program combines Ballet techniques for spinning and spinning techniques in other forms of contemporary dance.

Fitness & Bellydance program is a program aiming at enhancing students fitness through a selective combination and integration of knowledge from Yoga, Pilates, Aerobic fitness and Bellydance. The targeted body segments are core at shoulders, arms, chest, belly, lower back, hips, legs and feet. It fits all people at all fitness level. Some props might be required for registration into this program.
