Devoted Soldiers of Israel operates the DSOI Sacred Calendar mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, why it is collected, how it is handled, and how users may request deletion.
Information We Collect
When a user creates an account, DSOI Sacred Calendar collects:
• Name
• Email address
• A unique user ID generated for the account
• Membership and account-approval status
The app does not collect precise or approximate location, financial information, health information, messages, contacts, photographs, audio recordings, or a user’s religious beliefs.
How We Use Information
Account information is used only to:
• Create and authenticate user accounts
• Manage account access and membership approval
• Provide the app’s features and functionality
• Protect the app and its users from unauthorized access
• Respond to account and support requests
Data Sharing
Devoted Soldiers of Israel does not sell users’ personal information and does not use personal information for advertising or marketing.
The app uses Google Firebase Authentication and Google Cloud Firestore as service providers for account authentication, membership records, and secure application operation. These providers process information on our behalf to provide these services.
Data Security
Information transmitted by the app is encrypted in transit. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect account information. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
Account information is retained while an account remains active or as needed to operate the app. When a verified account-deletion request is completed, the account, email address, name, membership record, user ID, and associated app data will be deleted within 30 days.
Information may be retained longer only when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes. Any retained information will be removed when the applicable requirement ends.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by following the instructions at:

Users may also email devotedsoldiersofisrael@gmail.com with the subject “Delete My DSOI Sacred Calendar Account” and include the email address associated with the account.
Children’s Privacy
DSOI Sacred Calendar is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been provided, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or applicable requirements change
