Inauguration was impressive which was inaugurated by Shri Mukesh Kumar .
By the introduction of participants i got acquainted with librarians of different region .In the session of course objective i learned about parking of ideas and learned a new term technology technocrazy. After session of digital portfolio i am excited to create my portifolio and hope to make it very appealing and attractive.i am looking forward to contribute in the editorial committee as i don't fit in any other committee.the lucky draw of individual assingment is much enthralled.

Revision of library policy helped mw to recall update memory the policy and made me to cross check whether i am implementing the same in my library .the term vidyalaya added to my working vocabulary which seek help from alumini who are productive member of society.the school safety session came to know about the different constitutional article available relvenant to children's safety.
DAY :3 DATE:- 18/01/2023
The session started by dc sir gave a different perspective of how a librarian can become an academic leader .i was introspecting how i can become an academic leader and lead the students . when i was thinking about that i discovered that i too have few qualities like honesty ,integrity, but i lack quality of convincing and make others to understand.i am not expressive.hope i learn in near future . next session continued by mr.tarun banerjee ,highlighted how to balance work and ethics ,the talk delivered by sir was good .change along with situation is a must ,but it depends on different factors.next session by mr. sunil saini was must important .migration form E3 to E4,as it is related to library policy. hope i wiill successfully do the migration after reaching school.
DAY :-4 DATE :-19/01/2023
Today's session " NEP 2020 " was informative . Through this session the policy of NEP was briefed .Now it is required to buy more inspirational and motivational books through which the objectives of NEP 2020 will be fulfilled .Though i conduct activities but fails in making supporting documents ,now it was made clear that making blue print / supporting document of all the activities conducted in library is required .Readers' Club is formulated ,now added to it ,book club has to be added ,which may help in book promotion and promote widespread reading can be activated . Regional language books has to be added ,Bengaluru being metropolitan city i have to add kannada, tamil telugu, malayalam books also.
Next session was with "WEB TOOLS TO CREATE A VIRTUAL LIBRARY SPACE".Through this session i learned different platform is available to get connected to children .by the end of the day i was successfully able to create sound cloud tool, which helps to curate audio files.
DAY :-5 DATE :- 20/01/2023
Morning session "STRATEGY TO IMPROVE READING HABIT " was much expected topic ,i was waiting for this session , because this session helps in a lot in school . As we spend more time with children physically the different activities shared in the session . I am carrying many activities shared in the session by other participants.
Next session was about professional development . Though many factors was discussed and though it looks good ,but many things are not applicable due to many factors. I got one balloon ,happy about it ,which gave me an opportunity to introspect myself.
Next session was about Wakelet ,In the session many features were explained , but on hands on session ,it was not successful due to server problem and made us disappointed.

Todays session "Changing roles of school library and librarians " is an eye opening session ,though all are capable of doing many things ,most of the librarians don't display the work. or preserve the document of the work done.The check list of all roles are to be checkin ,as all have the capacities and qualities of different roles.
Mental awell being session is very much importatnt in both professional life and personal life .only if both are carried in right direction ,we will reach our destination correctly. In the session i have introspect much in my personal life .I have learn a lot more how to balance.
I successfully created NEWSLETTER of my school .This iam little more creative.

DAY 7 started with session ,where DC sir presented himself for the morning prayer highlighted that all participants should know the meaning of the KVS prayer song and the Pledge .
Next session was by Dr.Puneet Mukherjee, who delivered different information regarding usage of email privacy and security. I use paytm, gpay. etc ,but toady i came to know i am at risk ,if i am not secured there are chances of losing my money. He described many features ,how we can be secured in using email.Its an eye opener session ,but now getting scared to use gmail. Small thought started to grow whether to use internet or not.
Next session presented by Participant Mr. Mohammed Safi, was about "USING CANVA ", very useful session ,first time i came to know about the tool ,much interesting ,planned to do my individual assigned project in CANVA .
DAY : 8 DATE :-23/01/2023
DC gave us HW to read KVS Prayer Song, Pledge and National anthem , .I really read the meaning of the prayer song and understood also.
Dr.Neeraj Kumar Singh , Deputy Librarian , PU, was vibrant person, inspired by his speech ,the way he delivered the content ,the amount of clarity is really extraordinary .Now i am clear about what is DL and VL.I have decided to install GREENSTONE software to create Digital Library in my school. This will be my priority task.
Next Session by Dr.UPADHYAY, TA ,this is the topic which will not get bored as the topic is much required in the present social condition of people .Everyone is addict to some sort of negative habits ,hope at least people after knowing the rules will alert themselves and refrain themselves from doing.
DAY :-9 DATE :-24/01/2023
OER is one everyone using knowing or unknowingly .everyone takes the information from internet ,but don't know whether it is authenticated or not ,whether it is copyright or copyleft . I learned the different OER platform available which can be very useful for children in conjunction with their curriculum. In physical form ,we cannot provide all the material required for the student, the OER will help students to retrieve the required content needed for their assignment /project/presentation etc. Higher class student can in variably use the OER for the higher studies. I was excited with OLABS ,where the experiment can be done at their pace .
LIFE SKILL session was demonstrated very clearly, though all the quality or factors much needed for our personal and professional growth, i am not able to learn or imbibe the quality of initiative .Though i have the flexibility of learning things ,the adaptability take time. but i have my mind not to continue with this attitude ,i am trying to counsel my self not to continue like this in coming days.

Effective communication skill is very important in our day to day life ,though we know to gather information and do many things in internet ,but if we don't have good communication skill then we fail in our work. though i can talk English ,but i lag in presentation skill because of my poor communication skill.
Sexual Harassment of women at workplace is a sensitive topic ,i feel we should not be relaxed with this topic because at any point of time we may encounter this problem .knowing these rules can also help others who are in trouble.
DAY :11 DATE :- 26/01/2023
Inclusive Education is good ,but children are not accepting the inclusive education ,they feel it is hampering their study ,sometimes children et counselled ,but its difficult to counsel the parents. Its nice to have children of different sphere , but take time to for the society to accept it.
Book creator is nice tool ,very attractive ,its a good marketing to promote reading habit .

AC Sir, Mr.Jugal Kishore presented a session on KVS FLAGSHIP PRORAMME. it was an awareness about the prorammes being conducted in KVS . Whatever program conducted in our KVS teachers and students come and approach librarians first. PUSTAKOPAHAR is conducted every year .
Next session PPC was telecasted , I was mesmerized the way PM addressed all the query posted by students and teachers.
Next was assesement session , Question are known ,but little confusion with answer, MID TEST also crossed. Now waiting for POST TEST.
DAY :- 13 DATE:- 28/01/2023
Day was excited and much awaited day. It was like " Babies Day Out ".
First visit to rock garden enthralled me about the creative production. I would like to appreciate the thought process of creator., Mr. Nek Chand. Next, we flock towards the bird sanctuary .The birds especially budgerigar mesmerized me. Then had a walk through to man made lake Sukhana Lake .After Sukhana lake we reached Rose Garden where the multicolor and fragrance of rose drawed all participants . Day ended very early . Hope we have some more visit.

A session with Dr. Puneet Mudgil was informative .His session motivated me to use tools for library promotion . I came to know that AI can be used in library professional like Talk to Book , Copy-ai ,TOME, DALL-E are new tools i learned.
Next session social media for academic libraries , though using of physical library is fading away .But reading habit is developed more after invent of social media . Now only through social media we can hook on to book lovers
DAY :- 15 DATE :- 30/01/2023
Being a Martyr's Day ,the day was dedicated to father of our nation MAHATMA GANDHI. After paying respect to him the day started with a session about Reader's Club and also to incorporate the NEP 2020.
Next session by Mr. Neeraj Singh , Asst Librarian ,Punjab University ,Highlighted NFC , SELF Checking Technology . cloud computing , QR code , BIG DATA ,IOT , etc.
Presentation by participants was interesting with different topics and required topics .
DAY :- 16 DATE :- 31/01/2023
Session about IPR,COPYRIGHTS and Plagiasm ,very much required in present scenario. Concepts on CC , by,ND,NC was clearly explained and where all its to be applied. All are very privileged to copy content directly from net and use ,but they don't know whether it is right or wrong. This should be made aware in primary class itself.
Next session with Career Guidance is also very useful and required session , Present generation has the opportunity to know what different field available in the world , how to choose , why to apply. This have to made available for all children from class 6, so that they can mend themselves in their desired field.
Participants Demo session came to an end with all educative topics .
DAY :-17 DATE :-01/02/2023
Session on "ACTION RESEARCH " by Mr Tejinder Singh , TA , ZIET . First i thought this topic is irrelevant to our professional , but the end of the session i realized this topic is much required in each and every field , both Personally and professionally
Next session on " WORK ETHICS AT WORK PLACE " by Mr. Ranjan , TA ,ZIET . He described the 10 essential traits of work ethics, which is very much required for anyone who is working in any organization either in government or private. If every one follow and and behave with etiquette .Most of the problem can be resolved or recede on its own.
All became busy with assigned Group Activity.

Class Library session was nice .The class Library plays a important role in every single child , but it is mandatory each school should have primary library or primary Librarian .Reading habit should be cultivate in primary level itself.
Next Session was online session by Mr. Mujib Rehman about Library Learning space - redesigning, its nice see beautiful attractive library , longing to see such attractive and appealing library in INDIA very soon
we started the group group .

Library advocacy by Ms. Neeza Singh , was very interactive session ,and required session ,which i can do in my library. This session really impressed me ,which is required . Many activities was demonstrated , but presenting was nice.
The trip to public library was really a relaxing trip .the day was bright
