Diamond Soft ("we", "our", "us") develops the SunFocus mobile application ("SunFocus", the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use SunFocus.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, the additional data protection information in Section 13 also applies.
SunFocus may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play Billing:
Monthly subscription: USD 2.99, or the local equivalent shown in Google Play.
Yearly subscription: USD 7.99, or the local equivalent shown in Google Play.
Where offered, a 3-day free trial applies to the Yearly subscription and automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Trial availability and eligibility are determined by Google Play.
The prices, trial terms, renewal date, and cancellation options displayed by Google Play at the time of purchase are the terms that apply to your transaction.
Payments and subscription management are handled by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment instrument details, such as your full card number. Google Play may provide us with limited purchase information, such as whether you have an active subscription, so the App can provide access to subscription features.
4.1 Information stored locally on your device
SunFocus may ask you to enter or select:
an optional in-app name or nickname;
birth date and birth place;
daily self-check responses.
The in-app name does not have to be your real name. You may enter a nickname or fictional name.
This information is processed and stored locally on your device to provide the App's features. We do not receive your in-app name, birth data, self-check responses, settings, or personal progress through the App. This information is not synchronized to a Diamond Soft account or cloud service.
4.2 Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve its features. Firebase Analytics may process app events and usage data, device information, operating system, app version, approximate location at the country level, app-instance identifiers, and advertising identifiers if available.
We do not send your in-app name or the contents of your birth data, self-check responses, settings, or personal progress to Firebase Analytics.
Purpose: product analytics and improvement.
4.3 Firebase Crashlytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose and fix technical problems. Crashlytics may process crash logs, diagnostic information, device and operating-system information, app version, app state at the time of a crash, and stack traces.
Purpose: diagnosing crashes and improving stability.
4.4 Communications
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message. We use this information only to respond, provide support, address legal or privacy requests, and maintain necessary correspondence.
SunFocus does not require an account or your real name. You may enter any in-app name, including a nickname or fictional name. It is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.
The App does not request your phone number, email address, or other contact information.
The App does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or device files. We do not collect precise GPS location. A birth place is entered or selected manually and is not obtained from your device's GPS.
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, services provided by Google LLC. Google may process analytics and diagnostic data on our behalf as a service provider or processor.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer where permitted by law.
We do not sell or rent users' personal data.

SunFocus uses geographical data, including place names and coordinates, provided by the GeoNames geographical database. This data is used to help you select and process a birth place within the App.
The GeoNames geographical database is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License (CC BY 4.0).
The in-app name, birth data, self-check responses, settings, and progress stored by SunFocus remain on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App, subject to your device and backup settings.
Firebase retains analytics and crash data according to its configured or default retention periods, which may vary by product. We retain support emails only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Google may process analytics and diagnostic data outside your country. Where required, Google uses appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Personal entries used by SunFocus are stored locally on your device, while Firebase applies its own security measures to analytics and diagnostic data.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
SunFocus is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address the request.
You can stop Firebase-related processing by discontinuing use of the App and uninstalling it.
You can delete locally stored SunFocus data by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or uninstalling the App, subject to your device and backup settings.
You can manage, cancel, or review a subscription through your Google Play account settings.
Where applicable data protection law applies, Diamond Soft is the controller of personal data processed for the purposes described in this Policy.
We rely on:
Legitimate interests to understand App usage, improve features, maintain security, diagnose crashes, and provide support.
Contractual necessity to provide purchased subscription access.
Consent where applicable law requires consent for analytics, identifiers, or similar processing.
Legal obligations where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to receive a portable copy of certain data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Because SunFocus does not use accounts and locally stored entries are not transmitted to us, we may not possess or be able to identify those entries. You can delete local entries directly by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus. Disputes are subject to the courts of Minsk, Belarus, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated in the App. The "Last updated" date and version number identify the current version.
