Registration form and fees

Kindly complete the following form to register for the conference. At the end of the form you will find a link to pay the registration fee. Payment may be made at a later date than the form submission, but it must be made before the deadlines specified below. Payment finalizes the registration, otherwise the registration will not be considered

Deadline for the registration:  August 25, 2025

Early registration fees (Deadline: June 30, 2025)

• Regular fee - 120 EUR

• Reduced fee (students, untenured post-docs) - 70 EUR

Late registration fees (Deadline: August 25, 2025)

• Regular fee - 180 EUR

• Reduced fee (students, untenured post-docs) - 120 EUR
