However, to provide our services and support development, we use Google AdMob, which automatically collects certain information.

LOCAL DATA STORAGE

The following information is stored locally on your device:

• Custom drum beat patterns and configurations

• Metronome settings and preferences

• Practice session history

• Quiz scores and performance data

• App usage statistics

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (Google AdMob)

This app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain data automatically, including:

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

DATA DELETION

To delete all local app data (settings, history, scores):

1. Go to your device Settings

2. Navigate to Apps or Application Manager

3. Find DrumMetronome

4. Tap "Storage" or "Storage & cache"

5. Select "Clear data" or "Delete data"

All your local data will be permanently deleted.

PERMISSIONS

DrumMetronome may request the following permissions:

Internet Access

- Required to load and display advertisements.

Network State

-To check if your device is connected to the internet before trying to load ads.

Audio Permission

- Used to play drum sounds and metronome clicks

- Enables the core metronome functionality

Storage Permissions (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)

- Used to save generated fretboard diagrams and metronome settings as PDF files

- Files are stored locally on your device in the Downloads folder

- No data is uploaded to external servers 

Exact alarm permission

-Used to schedule local practice reminders at specific times of day

- Allows the app to deliver reliable daily notifications, even if the app is closed or the device is idle

-No alarm or timing data is sent to external servers; all scheduling happens locally on your device

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will 

notify users by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Your continued use of DrumMetronome after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated privacy policy.
