Drumbox Studio develops and publishes mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains the privacy practices applicable to:

1. Drumbox Studio’s free, advertising-supported applications; and

2. CyTaxCalcReform, a paid application that does not contain advertising.

The features and data practices differ between these two categories, as explained below.

1. Free, Advertising-Supported Applications

Drumbox Studio’s free applications are provided at no cost and are supported by advertising.

Information Collection and Use

Drumbox Studio does not directly collect, store, or maintain personal information submitted by users of these applications.

However, the free applications may use third-party advertising services, particularly Google AdMob. Google AdMob and its associated technologies may automatically collect or process certain information, including:

• device identifiers;

• advertising identifiers;

• approximate location derived from an IP address;

• information about interactions with advertisements;

• diagnostic and performance information; and

• other technical information about the device or application.

This information may be used to provide, personalise, measure, and improve advertisements and related services.

The collection and processing of information by Google are governed by Google’s own policies. More information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The free, advertising-supported applications may use:

• Google AdMob; and

• related Google advertising and technical services necessary to display and measure advertisements.

Third-party services may collect and process information according to their respective privacy policies.

Local Information

Information entered into the applications for calculation or similar functionality is processed locally on the user’s device unless a particular application explicitly informs the user otherwise.

Drumbox Studio does not receive the contents of locally performed calculations through the advertising functionality.

2. CyTaxCalcReform

CyTaxCalcReform is a paid application designed to perform Cyprus tax calculations, save related records, and generate PDF reports.

Unlike Drumbox Studio’s free applications, CyTaxCalcReform does not display advertising and does not use Google AdMob.

Information Collection and Use

CyTaxCalcReform does not collect, transmit, store on external servers, or share users’ personal information.

Information entered into the application, calculation results, and saved records are processed and stored locally on the user’s device. Drumbox Studio does not have access to this information.

Local Data Storage

All information entered or generated within CyTaxCalcReform remains locally on the user’s device.

Users can remove locally stored information by:

• deleting records within the application;

• clearing the application’s data through their device settings; or

• uninstalling the application.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and locally stored records.

PDF Generation and Sharing

CyTaxCalcReform allows users to generate PDF reports using information entered into the application.

PDF files are created locally on the user’s device. A PDF is transferred outside the application only when the user explicitly chooses to share, export, save, print, or open it using another application or service.

The application or service selected by the user may process the PDF according to its own privacy policy. Drumbox Studio does not automatically receive or retain copies of generated PDFs.

Advertising and Analytics

CyTaxCalcReform:

• does not display advertisements;

• does not contain advertising SDKs;

• does not use Google AdMob;

• does not use analytics or tracking services; and

• does not create advertising or behavioural profiles.

Accounts and Online Services

CyTaxCalcReform does not require users to create an account or sign in.

The application does not operate an online user database and does not upload calculation information or saved records to Drumbox Studio’s servers.

Internet Access

CyTaxCalcReform does not require internet access for its tax calculation, local record-storage, or PDF-generation functions.

Third-Party Services

CyTaxCalcReform does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, account-management, or cloud-storage services.

When a user voluntarily transfers a PDF through another application or service, that application or service operates independently and is governed by its own privacy policy.

Security

Drumbox Studio values users’ trust and takes privacy seriously.

For information stored locally, protection depends partly on the security of the user’s device. Users should protect their devices using suitable security controls, such as a PIN, password, fingerprint, or other screen-lock mechanism.

Information processed by third-party services in free, advertising-supported applications is protected according to the security practices and privacy policies of the relevant service provider.

Children’s Privacy

Drumbox Studio’s applications are not specifically directed at children under the age of 13.

Drumbox Studio does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Third-party services used in free, advertising-supported applications may process information as described in their own privacy policies and subject to applicable Google Play requirements.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Drumbox Studio may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to its applications, third-party services, legal requirements, or Google Play policies.

Any revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
