Affordable Drum Lessons in Medowie

Taught by experienced Newcastle drummer Bree Redman

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to build on your existing skills, I offer beginner to intermediate drum lessons for students in Medowie and surrounding areas.

With over eight years of drumming experience and six years of formal lessons, I’ve developed a broad and practical understanding of music. I graduated from the Hunter School of the Performing Arts, where I was fortunate to receive an extensive music education—something I’m now passionate about passing on to others.

Currently, I’m the drummer for Newcastle band Butterknife, and have had the privilege of performing at festivals and live shows alongside acts like Spacey Jane, Ocean Alley, Killing Heidi, Eskimo Joe, and Birds of Tokyo. My experience includes touring the east coast of Australia and recording drums in professional studio settings.

In addition to band work, I also offer session drumming for local Newcastle artists across genres such as pop, rock, country, and blues.
