Takiyah Hampton 

Brand & Director of Business Development 

Takiyah drives the brand identity, client experience, and long‑term growth strategy for Drug Test First. She leads business development, marketing, and partnership expansion, ensuring the company delivers a consistent, professional, and client‑centered experience. Dr. Dana Dodd, DC 

Supervising Physician & Physical Exam Provider 

Dr. Dana Dodd, DC, provides clinical oversight and performs all physical examinations at Drug Test First, including DOT physicals. With extensive experience in occupational health and wellness, she ensures that every exam meets the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism. 

Her role includes conducting physical evaluations, reviewing clinical documentation, and maintaining the medical integrity of all services offered. Dr. Dodd’s expertise ensures that clients receive thorough, compliant, and reliable care during every visit. 

Darrell Hartley, AADC, ACPS, ICCJP, LCDC, MAC 

SAP Provider & Clinical Specialist 

Darrell Hartley is a highly credentialed Substance Abuse Professional who guides employees through the DOT return‑to‑duty process. With advanced certifications in addiction counseling, prevention, and criminal justice programming, Darrell brings deep clinical insight and structured support to every case. 

He conducts DOT‑compliant evaluations, develops individualized education or treatment recommendations, and monitors client progress through the SAP program. Darrell’s approach is professional, supportive, and accountability‑focused ensuring that each client meets federal requirements and is fully prepared for return‑to‑duty testing.
