Misrepresentation of information may lead to the termination of services without refund. c. Advance Payment: Full payment is required in advance before the consultation can be scheduled or commence. c. 4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling a. Booking: Consultations are scheduled based on mutual availability and confirmed upon receipt of payment and payment confirmation. b. Consent to Teleconsultation: By proceeding, you provide your explicit consent to receive medical consultation services via telemedicine. e.
