Current Open Position: Doctoral and Masters students are required in the following areas. The students should have prior research experience in the topics . Salary is commensurate with experience. If interested please send an email with your CV indicating your research experience in the topic.

• Molecular dynamics and Density Functional theory simulations related to material behavior under extreme temperature and pressure[preference will be given to students having simulation experience using LAMMPS, VASP and/or other MD or DFT codes]. It is expected that students have a solid knowledge on the theory behind molecular dynamics simulations and/or density functional theory.

Students would be interviewed prior to their being selected for the project.

[NOTE: Undergraduate Students who are interested in MD and DFT codes can email me for summer internships with their CV and SOP. Selection is competitive and depends on the funding available.
