• Our laboratory focuses on discovering and developing novel small organic molecules through an integrated approach that combines computational and medicinal chemistry.

• Our workflow includes conceptual molecular design, cheminformatics, synthetic medicinal chemistry, and comprehensive in vitro and in vivo biological evaluation to identify and optimize promising therapeutic candidates. 

• We mainly emphasize the extensive use of open-source scientific resources. By leveraging open-source technologies, we promote accessible, reproducible, cost-effective, and collaborative research while maintaining scientific quality. 

• Our primary research areas include: 

- Central Nervous System (CNS) Drug Discovery 

- Antidiabetic Drug Discovery 

- Antibacterial Drug Discovery and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR). 

By integrating computational prediction, rational molecular design, chemical synthesis, and experimental validation, our laboratory aims to accelerate the discovery of novel therapeutic candidates.
