Summer Training Conduction: Managed the training for 5,100 second-year CSE students, which included:
Ø Course identification and allocation.
Ø Overall coordination of the training program.
Ø Scheduling external viva sessions.
Ø Compiling and submitting results.

Ø Conducted Zoom sessions to address students' login and course-related issues.
Ø Assisted students in accessing platforms such as Coursera, LinkedIn, and NPTEL seamlessly.
Awareness Sessions: Organized awareness sessions for 5,100 students about MOOCs platforms (NPTEL/UC/GP) and their respective courses.
Administrative Tasks:

MOOCs Records for ABET Accreditation:
Ø Created five comprehensive MOOCs files, including records of students for ABET accreditation (three MOOCs, one GP, and one UC).
Award Sheet Compilation: Compiled and submitted subject-wise award sheets for 120+ GP courses to the GP office.
As a Blended learning (MOOCs Coordinator) [Jan 2023 – July 2024] in Department of Academic Affairs CU, I was involved in the following tasks –
Coursera Platform Utilization and License Management
Ø Ensured the overall utilization of the Coursera platform by managing the distribution of 30,000 licenses across clusters for PE, VAC, GP, MOOCs, additional learning, summer training, industry certifications, fast learners, and regular/reappear/summer term students in UG/PG programs.
Ø Conducted training sessions for all MOOCs (GP/UC) coordinators on the Coursera platform before each semester.
Ø Managed the Coursera portal and the official email coursera_admin@cumail.in, ensuring 100% issue resolution within 24 hours.
Ø Compiled and shared student-wise weekly progress reports and cluster-wise summaries for GP students with University GP Coordinators.
Ø Implemented an efficient license rotation process, including the manual revocation of licenses for reuse, despite the tedious process.
Ø Coordinated with ERP for GP and MOOCs portal updates.
Ø Planned and executed Coursera license management for semesters July–December 2023, January–May 2024, and July–December 2024.
Ø Coordinated the creation and launching of the PWC Course on Coursera, including license issuance and query resolution.

Ø Collected, compiled, and uploaded 20+ question banks for GP and UC courses for external exams, summer terms, and reappear exams.

Ø Provided fortnightly updates on GP/PE/VAC and other Coursera-integrated courses to departments, along with program-code-wise pendency summaries.

Documentation and SOP Creation
Ø Created SOPs and FAQs for Coursera registration, login, and course joining (including video tutorials for reference).
Ø Developed FAQs related to Coursera and SOPs for GP/UC/MOOCs portals to aid students and faculty in registration and certificate verification processes on CUIMS.
Ø Prepared a UC Booklet and a Blended Learning Booklet for the academic year 2023–24.
NPTEL Platform
Ø Planned and executed semester-wise integration of NPTEL courses into the curriculum.
Ø Developed and implemented an SOP for the Mentor-Mentee Program.

Chandigarh University Scholar’s Meet (Powered by LinkedIn Learning): Successfully organized the event on 17th September 2024 to encourage skill-based learning.
Data Compilation and Reporting: Prepared weekly or fortnightly progress reports and PowerPoint presentations, summarizing Coursera course progress and overall engagement.
CU Coursera Learning Marathon 2024: Conducted the learning marathon from 14th to 20th October 2024, involving 71 faculty members and 2183 students. The event featured 34 courses and 6 assessments, fostering competitive and collaborative learning.
Organized "DLL MOOCs Achievement Awards 2024" on 23rd January 2025, which was a grand event that honored over 370 students and faculty members for their exceptional achievements in MOOCs. This recognition celebrated individuals who demonstrated outstanding engagement, course completion rates, and dedication to continuous learning on the MOOCs platform. A total of 102 goodies were distributed to the awardees in the Coursera category.
Private Authoring of Courses on Coursera through Course Builder Workshop was an outcome of the Coursera Course Builder Workshop, where faculty members successfully developed and structured custom-curated courses leveraging new GenAI capabilities between 18th December 2024 and 10th January 2025. These courses cover diverse domains, including Advances in Stem Cell Technology, Introduction to IoT, Advanced AI/ML Techniques, Cloud Computing, Data Structures, and Physiotherapy for Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation. The courses were built by integrating content from various Coursera university partners and incorporating material authored by other universities with their intellectual property. This approach enables a comprehensive learning experience, bringing together high-quality content from multiple sources in one place.
Conducted "Coursera Course Builder Workshop" on 18th December 2024, focusing on equipping faculty members with the skills to design and curate high-quality online courses on Coursera. A total of 32 faculty members actively participated in the workshop, gaining hands-on experience in course structuring, content creation, learner engagement strategies, and assessment design using AI. The workshop aimed to enhance digital pedagogy and content delivery, empowering faculty to contribute to Chandigarh University's online learning ecosystem.
Organized "CU Coursera Learning Marathon 2024" from 14th to 20th October, was a week-long initiative designed to encourage students and faculty to enhance their skills through curated learning paths on Coursera. The event saw an overwhelming participation of 2,183 students and 71 faculty members. The marathon featured daily learning challenges, and custom assessments covering topics such as Generative AI, Data Analysis, Emotional Intelligence, Project Management, and Workplace Communication. Participants earned digital certificates for completing daily tasks, while winners received Coursera goodies.
Organized "CU Coursera Scholar’s Day" on 14th August 2024, to introduce the newly selected Coursera Campus ambassadors to their roles and responsibilities in fostering a culture of online learning. It also featured the felicitation of Coursera Top Learners and the launching of Monthly MOOCs Achiever Awards and the Learning Marathon Event.
Organized the event "MOOCs Excellence Awards 2023" in April 2023, recognizing and awarding 800+ faculty members and students.
Celebrated Coursera Day on 9th November 2023, honoring top learners among faculty and students.
Conducted the Coursera DeepSkill Ignite Session on 6th February 2024, aimed at enhancing deep skills and practical knowledge among Coursera learners.
Organized an Expert Talk by Prof. (Dr.) Charles Severance ("Dr. Chuck"), a renowned Coursera instructor from the University of Michigan, USA, on 5th March 2024.
Coordinated the Coursera PwC Program in June–July 2023, where PwC's GST program was offered through Coursera. A total of 7 courses were made available to approximately 420 students and faculty members of CU.
Contributed to a LinkedIn Profiling Session on 24th August 2023, led by Mr. Deep Rastogi, focusing on optimizing participants' LinkedIn profiles.
Planned and executed the FDP "Academic Excellence: Paradigms & Pedagogies", held from 5th–10th January 2024, organized by the Pro VC-Academic Affairs Office.
Contributed to Project Expo 2024, managing the distribution and compilation of overall results for approximately 400 institutional-level projects in an Excel sheet.
