Dr. Shubhada Anant Athavale has been working with PES's Modern College of Engineering, Pune since 2023 as an Assistant Professor in the MBA department.

She completed her Ph.D. in Marketing Management in 2018. She completed her master's degree in Marketing Management in 2008, her master's degree in Systems Management in 1999,  and her master's degree in Computer Management in 1993. She completed her bachelor's degree in Electronics Science in 1989. She has a total of 25+ years of teaching experience in management and engineering faculties.
