About me
Satnesh Singh received his B. Tech degree in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University Lucknow, India (2009), and M. Tech degree in signal processing & control, Electrical Engineering Department from National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, India (2011). Subsequently, he obtained Ph.D. degree in Control & automation from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, India in 2019. After a brief stint at IIT Delhi as a Postdoctoral fellow from May 2019 to December 2019, he moved to Republic of Korea where he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Seoul National University from January 2020 to August 2020. He also worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Kyungpook National University, Daegu in Republic of Korea. At present, he is working as a Ramanujan Fellow (Faculty) at Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, India. He is coauthor of the book Discrete-time stochastic sliding mode control using functional observation (Springer, 2020).
He has authored and coauthored more than 20 international publications which include monograph, book chapter, journal articles, and conference papers. His research interests include linear and non-linear systems in sliding mode control, functional observers, stochastic system, time-delay and parameter dependent Lyapunov function.
