The list below are websites that are terrific in their presentation of information. They allow students and teachers to quickly find information on topics they are interested in, are kept up to date, allow for easy download or sharing, and many allow students to leave comments and participate in a global discussion on topics. Make sure to never use your last name or leave personal information on the websites for cyber safety. Please check out this brochure on internet safety from MCPS. Code.org has self guided tutorials for coding simple games including StarWars, MineCraft, Moana, nd Frozen. A video introduction shows students how to move the commands and run their program.
