About Me

I am a clinical psychologist with clinical and research expertise in child and adolescent mental health, coping with trauma and adversity, and culturally-responsive services. I received my PhD in Clinical, Counseling, & School Psychology from the University of California Santa Barbara and am currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of California Irvine Conte Center.

In my clinical practice, I utilize evidence-based practices such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, ​​​​and the Modular Approach to Therapy for Children. I also have substantial training in cognitive, educational, and personality testing.

Training & Education

After completing my undergraduate education in psychology at Tufts University, I worked for the Harvard Study of Adult Development at Massachusetts General Hospital. I also worked for Sangath in Goa, India, on integrating mental health services into schools and adapting an intervention for children with autism to the local community.

Next, I completed my M.A. and PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), where I also completed a Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences emphasis. I completed my Clinical Internship at Harvard Medical School/Cambridge Health Alliance. Currently, I am a postdoctoral fellow at the University of California Irvine Conte Center.
