Dr. Abdul Rehman is a Research Professor at the Human Data Science Lab at Jeonju University, South Korea. Previously, he served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Hyper-Connectivity Convergence Technology Research Center, Kyungpook National University (KNU), South Korea, and as an Assistant Professor at the University of Central Punjab, Pakistan.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan, and completed his Integrated Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering at KNU, South Korea. His research interests include IoT, Social IoT, Industrial IoT, Social Networking, Small-World Problems, Smart Cities, Smart Transportation Systems, Data Science, Mathematical Modeling for Decision Making, and Brain Mapping.
Dr. Rehman has received several accolades, including the KINGS Scholarship Award for his Integrated Ph.D. studies at KNU and the Outstanding Researcher Award from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, KNU.
He serves as an Associate Editor and Guest Editor for various international journals and has contributed to major conferences, including serving as Track Chair for ICSCA 2022 and General Chair for ICOT 2020.
