BIOGRAPHY

Dr. R.Arun, is an Associate Professor in department of Management Studies / B.Com ISM at J.H.A Agarsen College, Madhavaram, Chennai. Dr. R.Arun has more than 15 years of teaching and research experience. He has presented more than 52 Papers in National and International Conferences and more than 26 publications in reputed National and International journals. He has been awarded Global Achievement Award 2020- (SERF), New Delhi, Approved by Government of India (UNHCR, UNICEF, WFP & UNFPA) Approved, (ANAHEI), USA Registered. Appreciating his overall performance in Teaching and research, GRAB Educational Charitable Trust, Chennai has awarded Teaching and Research Excellence Award 2019. Also He has been awarded The Best Young Faculty Award 2018 by DK International Research Foundation & International American Council for Research and Development, Urbana Illinois-61801, United States of America. He has successfully completed his Minor Research Project, Sanctioned an amount of RS.2, 55,000 by UGC-South Eastern Regional Office, New Delhi. His research interests include Hospitality Management, Digital Marketing, Financial Service and Security Markets, Entrepreneurial Development, Logistics and Supply Chain, Food Safety & Hygiene, Service Management, Culture and Tourism, Information Technology, Marketing Research, and Consumer Behavior. He holds a B.Sc., Catering Science & Hotel Management degree from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, MBA from Annamalai University, M Phil from Vinayaga Missions University, and Ph.D. in Management from the Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. For his leisure, he likes to travel, biking, and innovative cooking.
