The first session opened the door to the new world of education. Now, we are rapidly transitioning to a new era of education with the massive load of information available all the time. Today's teachers need to be aware of current technology skills for teaching and identify gaps in their students with the help of technology.

This is the first time I've been asked to write a learning diary. This practice keeps students engaged and helps them review all the sessions by the end of the module. It also aids teachers in upgrading their teaching materials.

I was familiar with securing my account, but I still wasn't taking all the necessary security measures for my account. However, ICT has obliged me to do so.

The effective use of the Padlet platform for introduction and icebreakers was interesting.

Through discussions on using PowerPoint effectively, I learned new ideas to enhance my presentations.

Regarding presentation skills, the beginning and the end of a presentation are the most important sections. Gestures reveal a lot about the strength and weaknesses of a presenter, which is why using them effectively is crucial in professional life. Additionally, voices should be used effectively – not too low, not too high.

I have learned to professionally upload my materials using hyperlinks.

There were various Google services I had never tried before, especially Google Slides and Google Forms. It was a great opportunity to use them in practice and realize their advantages.

Creating my personal blog using Google Sites was interesting.

Through the sessions, I understood for the first time the roles of domains and servers in the World Wide Web.

Using Kahoot for creating quizzes seemed fun and proved to be a useful platform. It can be used in occasional meetings to engage the audience and assess students' learning outcomes.

Preparing a presentation as a group and later presenting it was important in identifying our weak points to work on later. This was not my first experience in assessing presentation skills.

Artificial intelligence can play a significant role in today's education. I learned that AI can help teachers with professional development, student assessment, feedback, and identifying student disabilities. Although AI can be very helpful and perform human-like tasks, it cannot replace teachers due to human emotional intelligence, adaptability, and social contact. AI lacks many of these qualities.

While I was aware of Google Scholar, I did not have an account. The ICT session provided a great opportunity to register myself on Google Scholar and ResearchGate as well. These two academic accounts are essential for engaging with the world of researchers.

During presentations, I learned about DT Search, an advanced search engine for complex information on the web. This search engine can be used for various scientific subjects.

Discussing professional email methods was interesting and allowed me to review my current email skills and confirm my professional competence in that area.

It was my first time learning that Prezi is an online application for creating impressive presentations. I easily created an account and used it in class.

Establishing a professional relationship with students through technology was very helpful. Using the wrong connection can jeopardize your professionalism.

Moodle is a famous educational platform that I had used before. It can be employed for recording attendance, various subjects, assigning roles, preparing quizzes, and adding files and other materials. It was new to me that it can also be used to create online step-by-step training courses and engage in professional chats with students.

In conclusion, this course is recommended for all teachers who need to stay updated about rapidly changing technology trends.
