• Spearheaded the creation of the SDG Monitoring Dashboard (G-SWIFT) and integrated it with existing modules of the Chief Minister’s Dashboard.

• Established a temporary IVRS Helpline & Monitoring System for COVID-19 Inter-State Movement Revival, assisting over 7,000 individuals.
