9.1 Description of the Feature
The App includes an SOS / PANIC button for both Hosts and Passengers. Activating it triggers two simultaneous actions:
The App automatically dials the local emergency dispatch number (112) from your device.
The App instantly creates and broadcasts a Global Alert Banner to every active User on the Drovat App.
9.2 The Global Alert Banner
The Banner drops down on the screen of every active User and publicly displays the following information for a maximum of 2 hours, after which it automatically expires and is deleted:
The alleged victim’s full name;
The alleged suspect’s full name;
The alleged suspect’s profile picture;
The vehicle’s colour, make, and licence plate number.
9.3 Explicit Consent and Waiver of Privacy
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT AND USING THE APP, YOU EXPRESSLY AND IRREVOCABLY CONSENT THAT, IF AN SOS / PANIC ALARM INVOLVES YOU (WHETHER AS ALLEGED VICTIM OR ALLEGED SUSPECT), YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PRIVACY WITH RESPECT TO YOUR FULL NAME, PROFILE PICTURE, AND THE VEHICLE’S COLOUR, MAKE, AND LICENCE PLATE NUMBER. You further consent to the public broadcast of that information to all active Drovat Users for up to 2 hours, for the purpose of user safety and emergency response. This consent is a fundamental condition of your use of the App.
9.4 Prohibition of Misuse and Indemnity
You are strictly prohibited from activating the SOS / PANIC Feature without a genuine, reasonable belief that an emergency exists.
False triggering is a material breach of these Terms. If you knowingly or recklessly activate the feature against an innocent party, you are solely liable for all resulting harm, including defamation, libel, and invasion of privacy.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Standing Pillars, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your activation of the SOS / PANIC Feature or any false or misleading information transmitted through the Global Alert Banner.

In such events, the affected obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and the time for performance will be extended accordingly.
