Completion time may vary depending on the current queue in the shop.

Yes. Bedsheets, blankets, and towels are classified as large garments.

For a regular load (up to 7kg), you may include up to three (3) large garments only.
If this limit is exceeded, the load will automatically be classified as a heavy load (up to 5kg).

This policy ensures proper washing quality and protects your garments.

A heavy load applies under the following conditions:

• The load contains more than three (3) large garments (e.g., blankets, bedsheets, towels).

• The load includes any thick or bulky large item that exceeds regular load capacity.

• A load consists of one (1) comforter (single or double size). Comforters must be washed separately and cannot be mixed with clothes or other large garments.

Heavy loads are limited to up to 5kg only and include:

• Additional 10 minutes drying time

• Free detergent

• Free fabric conditioner

• Free laundry sheets

This classification ensures proper cleaning performance and protects both your garments and our machines.

We highly recommend using our own brand of detergent, available at ₱12 per load, which is specifically formulated for our machines.

If you prefer commercial brands, Breeze Front Load detergent is the most suitable option since our machines are front-loading units.

We also allow top-load detergents; however, overuse of detergent is strictly not permitted, as excess soap can affect washing performance and machine efficiency.

*Please note that we only accept liquid detergents to ensure proper machine performance and prevent residue buildup. 

Regular drying time is generally sufficient for most loads. However, you may need additional drying time if:

• Your load contains thick or heavy garments

• You have multiple large garments

• The load is near maximum weight capacity

• Fabrics include elastane, spandex, or garterized materials

Drying efficiency depends on several factors, including fabric type, load size, and weight. Some materials naturally retain more moisture and may require extended drying.

Only Zonrox Bleach Colorsafe is allowed for use in our machines.

Zonrox Bleach Colorsafe is generally safe for most colored fabrics. However, results may vary depending on the fabric type, dye quality, and overall garment condition.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their items are suitable for colorsafe bleach. DROP-A-WASH LAUNDRY SHOP will not be liable for any discoloration or fabric damage if the garment is not recommended for such use.

We offer FREE Zonrox Bleach Colorsafe every weekday (Monday–Friday), upon request only.

Yes. DROP-A-WASH LAUNDRY SHOP is committed to providing affordable laundry services, especially for students. Our pricing is designed to be budget-friendly without compromising cleaning quality and garment care. 

Customers are responsible for checking their pockets before washing. We are not liable for:

• Items left inside garments (money, gadgets, accessories, etc.)

• Damage caused by improper fabric selection

• Color transfer due to mixed loads

If you are unsure about fabric type or washing instructions, please ask our staff before proceeding.

We encourage customers to claim their laundry promptly after notification of completion.

Laundry that remains unclaimed for an extended period will be subject to storage handling policies. Items left unclaimed for more than six (6) months will be donated immediately without further notice.

Please ensure that you claim your laundry on time to avoid inconvenience.
