This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game “Drone Racing: Crash” (also marketed as “Гонки Дронов: Crash”), developed and published by BPL App (the “Service Provider”).
The Application does not automatically collect, transmit, share, or sell personal information.
The Application:
does not require account registration;
does not use advertising or analytics services;
does not use tracking technologies or third-party tracking SDKs;
does not collect precise or approximate location data;
does not access contacts, photos, the camera, or the microphone;
does not collect device identifiers or payment information;
does not transmit gameplay information to the Service Provider.
The Application stores game progress and preferences locally on the user’s device. This may include:
game settings;
unlocked content;
upgrade and customization progress;
in-game currency and collected items;
gameplay records and statistics;
tutorial completion status.
This information is used only to provide game functionality and is not transmitted to the Service Provider.
Local data can generally be removed by clearing the Application’s storage or uninstalling the Application. Depending on the user’s device and operating-system backup settings, some data may be backed up or restored by the platform provider.
The Application may use the device’s vibration functionality to provide gameplay feedback. This permission is not used to collect personal information.
The Application does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, authentication, or social-networking services.
The Application may be downloaded through Google Play. Google may independently process information related to downloads, purchases, device operation, or store usage under the Google Privacy Policy. Such processing is controlled by Google and is not performed by the Application or BPL App.
If you contact the Service Provider by email, the Service Provider may receive your email address, message content, and any information you voluntarily provide.
This information will be used only to respond to your inquiry, provide support, comply with legal obligations, or protect the Service Provider’s legitimate rights. It will not be sold or used for advertising.
You may request deletion of correspondence containing your personal information by contacting the Service Provider at the email address below, unless retention is required by law.
The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share users’ personal information.
Information voluntarily provided through support correspondence may be disclosed only when required by applicable law, legal process, or a lawful request from a public authority, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service Provider, or others from fraud, harm, or unlawful activity.
The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider by email, they may contact the Service Provider and request its deletion.
Because gameplay data remains locally on the user’s device, its security also depends on the security of the device and operating system.
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect information voluntarily submitted through support communications. However, no electronic storage or communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, its functionality, or applicable legal requirements change.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
