This privacy policy governs your use of the following software applications "droidBuilding - 1RM" and "droidBuilding - PRO" (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by PagaSoft.

The Application is an app designed to collect user data in order to calculate 1RM and make some statistics on it.

Developer declines any responsability for injuries or damages to thing, animals or people that may derive from the improper use of the application or improper use of results provided by it.

User Provided Information

The Application obtains solely the information you provide when you use the Application. These ones will be stored exclusively on your device and won't be distributed or shared to third parties or among the network. No other kinds of infos are automatically collected. The informations that you eventually send when you contact us to our email support droidPaganelHelp@gmail.com (eg. mail address, IP address, contact info, phone brand etc. ) will be retained only for the purpose to deliver a good assistance service. We won't use them for contact you from time to time or for marketing promotions.

We may disclose informations sended to our email support:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

if PagaSoft is involved in a merger, acquisition, privacy policies changing or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you won't be directly notified because we don't store your user contact information. Any changes in abovementioned informations will be published on our Web site.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. For the informations provided to our assistance email address, contact us at droidPaganelHelp@gmail.com. We will respond in a reasonable time and we will delete all data you send us as soon as possible.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

Application retains User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. These ones will be wiped out when uninstalling the Application. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you provided via the email support, please contact us at droidPaganelHelp@gmail.com. We will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

Because the Application do not discloses User Provided data to third parties, we do not use Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us some information without their consent, he or she should contact us at droidPaganelHelp@gmail.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
