My goal was to encourage meaningful research work, practical innovation, and shared knowledge that makes a real impact. Led UPIK strategic planning and KPI fulfilment, documentation management, and project execution. Developed the UPIK website to centralize research, innovation records, publication listings, training modules, and commercialization activities. Coordinated lecturer engagement and research support programmes.

KPI Achievement as Head of UPIK (KKMT)

Led KPI planning and achievement tracking for KKMT, including documentation and progress reporting. Developed the UPIK website to centralize research, innovation, and commercialization information for transparent access and unit coordination.

Research Publication & Editorial Role

Served as Chair/Editor for research publication development, managing book chapter contributions, reviewing manuscripts, and finalizing academic quality. Listed publications highlight collaborative research output.

Successfully coordinated and supported e-learning implementation and reporting at Politeknik Port Dickson, ensuring KPI targets were met. PPD was awarded Best YouTube Category for impactful digital learning video development and lecturer training support. Includes: Laporan Pelaksanaan eLearning 2022, Panduan Penggunaan Microsoft Teams untuk PdP, Garis Panduan Peperiksaan dalam Talian, and related digital teaching support materials. Pakar Grafik Buku KPM (2021-Presently)

Contributed as a Graphic Expert Panel member in developing the STEM Teacher Competency Document, Training Mode Guide, and Standard Training Module under the Ministry of Education Malaysia. Responsible for designing visual frameworks and ensuring alignment with national STEM education standards.

Curriculum Developer (Bachelor of Computer Engineering Technology)

Developed the national curriculum framework for the Bachelor of Computer Engineering Technology program, focusing on Cloud Computing. Ensured alignment with MQA standards, 4IR competencies, and industry needs through outcome-based design and technology-driven learning modules.

Delivered a collaborative international lecture on AI-driven cybersecurity systems, focusing on the integration of artificial intelligence models for intelligent defence and digital protection frameworks.

Lead the national 4IR panel for Cloud Computing and AI, responsible for curriculum development, course implementation, and alignment with industry standards. Oversee syllabus design for emerging technologies, conduct national training programs for educators, and advise JPPKK on digital transformation strategies in TVET.
