ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR and ACADEMIC COORDINATOR, QUANTUM UNIVERSITY, ROORKEE

I am an experimental physicist and received my Ph.D. from the Physics Department, University of Vermont, Burlington, USA. During my graduate years, I was associated with the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory in Tallahassee, Florida where I did most of my experiments. My Ph.D. thesis was focused on ultrafast spectroscopy of organic semiconductors and exchange mechanism in magnetic semiconductors. I joined the Physics Department of UVM after my Ph.D. and taught undergraduates for a year while continuing my research before returning to India.</strong>

I worked at Roorkee Institute of Technology (RIT) where I was the head of the STAR (Software Training and Applied Research) center which is involved in certification of students for courses in collaboration with Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay Spoken Tutorial program. Additionally, I was the head of the faculty development Program at RIT where we conducted workshops, seminars, and certification for all our faculties.

I am currently working as the Academic Coordinator and hold the position of Associate Professor at Quantum University in the School of Graduate Studies.
