Instructions for conducting Minor Tests I & II and Evaluation of Tutorial/Home Assignments.

Time allowed for conducting Minor Test I&II will be 1.3 hrs. each

(A)* Mode of Conducting Minor Tests 1 and 2 (15 Marks each)

Minor Test 1 will be conducted after the completion of 48 teaching days (8 weeks) and Minor Test II after 90 teaching days (15 weeks) .

Three types of Questions will be set in Minor Test 1 and 2:

1 Ten MCQ ( Choice : 1 out of 3) True/ False Type of Questions of ½ mark each = 5   

    marks

2 Two questions of short answer type in about 150 words each of 2.5 marks = 5   

   marks

 3 One question of about 1000 words, carrying 5 marks = 5 marks

Marks (Minor Test -1) = (1+2+3) = 5+5+5 = 15 marks and Marks (Minor Test -II) = (1+2+3) = 5+5+5 = 15 marks Total of Minor Test I and II = 30

(B) Distribution of marks for evaluation of Tutorial/ Home Assignment:

1.5 Marks are Assigned for the quality of contents and structure of the Assignment.

2.5 Marks are Assigned for the clarity of language of the script ( Hindi/English) and its presentation in the class room.

3.5Marks are Assigned for defending the Assignment in the class room or in group discussion.

Total Marks (1+2+3) = 5+5+5=15 marks

Distribution of marks for CCA in each course in each semester:

1.Minor Test-I = 15 marks

2.Minor Test-II = 15 marks

3.Tutorial/Home assignment = 15 marks

4.Attendance = 05 marks Total =50 marks
