July 2024

On July 2024, Adarsh, Deepika and Suraj have completed their 6 months research internship projects. Adarsh worked on developing Machine Learning Algorithms for Defects Detecion in Semiconductor Wafers. Deepika did Electronic Structure Studies of Doped Graphene using Density Functional Theory. Suraj performed Simulations of Perovskite based Solar Cells to understand the impact of Electron/Hole Transport Layers. Adarsh and Deepika have graduated from college with good academic records and performance. 

February 2024

On the occasion of National Science Day i.e., February 28th, Dyal Singh College (DSC) organized a 2 Day Inter-College Science Fair in the campus. Being an organizer, Dr. Monu Mishra actively coordinated various activities including scientific lectures, India's pride and poster session. 

January 2024

Dr. Monu Mishra judged a centre level Inter-School Science Exhibition organized by the Directorate of Education, Govt. of Delhi. He interacted and encouraged the budding scientists who participated from different government, private and aided schools of Delhi.

December 2023

Dr. Monu Mishra delivered an invited talk in the International Conference on Energy Materials and Rechargeable Batteries (ICEMRB) - 2023 held at Manav Rachna University, Faridabad, Haryana, India. He also received the Emerging Researcher Recognition Award for his work on Photoemisison Spectroscopy.

Dr. Monu Mishra delivered an invited talk and hand on session on X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy in advanced materials and their applications workshop (AMA 2.0) held at University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
