My role on the grant is to lead the UNT ELEVAR Transition Pathway program. We work with students with intellectual disability, their educators, and their families to prepare them for the next steps after high school. We partner with local K-12 school districts to offer the following:
Summer program for secondary students with IDD
Coaching for secondary students with IDD
Summer institute for educators
Professional development series for educators
Family conference
