Bio
Dr. Mayank Dubey is an Assistant Professor in Transport Planning and Logistics Management and the Coordinator of the Centre of Excellence in City Logistics Management (COECLM) at the School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal. He holds a Ph.D. and Master’s in Transport Planning from SPA New Delhi and a Bachelor’s in Planning from MANIT Bhopal. His research and teaching span the intersections of urban mobility, freight logistics, spatial analytics, and road safety governance, with a focus on quantitative modelling, policy integration, and sustainable transport systems. He has contributed to national standards including code of practices, guidelines and manuals, and his studio and research guidance cover a range of urban contexts across India, addressing the complexities of accessibility, logistics, and mobility integration. Through live projects supported by government and industry partners, Dr. Dubey has advanced applied research in city logistics, intersection safety, and multimodal transport planning, while his publications in international journals and conferences contribute to the evolving discourse on behavioural adaptation, governance mechanisms, and efficiency in mixed-traffic environments.Research Interests
