Dr. Manjusha C. B. is an Assistant Professor of English (Department of Arts, Science, and Design) at IIIT Dharwad, Karnataka. She completed her PhD in English from VIT University, Chennai, and her M.Phil. from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She holds Master’s degrees in English Language and Literature, Applied Psychology (with a specialization in Counselling Psychology), and Journalism and Mass Communication. She is also a certified counsellor and has completed a Diploma in Modern Applied Psychology. Dr. Manjusha is an active researcher, an eloquent orator, and an avid nano-tale writer. Her creative writings explore abstract and societal themes, and she has contributed poems and short stories to several anthologies.

She is an interdisciplinary scholar and her current research interests include Mental Health and Hygiene, Blue Humanities, Gastronomic Studies, Narrative Gerontology, Health Communication, Film Studies, and Feminine Body Studies. She is currently guiding two PhD scholars.
