Decoding Adaptive Tumor States at the Intersection of Microbiome, Epigenetics, and DNA Repair Biology  

Our laboratory investigates how DNA repair, cancer epigenetics, and host–microbiome interactions shape tumor evolution and therapeutic response. Using multi-omics and translational research, we identify biomarkers and therapeutic targets to advance precision oncology, with a particular focus on women's cancers. Our goal is to transform mechanistic discoveries into clinically actionable strategies that improve diagnosis, personalized treatment, and patient outcomes.
