I am serving for the college since 1996. Now I work as Professor in the Department of Computer Science. I am involved in various administrative work such as nodal officer of All India Survey of Higher Education (AISHE), chairperson of Research and Development cell and a member of NAAC Steering Committee.

I am involved in research activities in the area of data mining and machine learning. I worked as a coauthor of a couple of research monographs published by Springer, Switzerland. My research publications include sixteen international journal papers, three international conference papers, one book chapter and two book reviews.
