Background:
Dr. Jethalal is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He graduated from the University of Natal Medical School in South Africa in 1968. He completed his Internal Medicine and Allergy training in 1978 in Canada. He was appointed Chief of Staff at the Bowmanville Memorial Hospital in 1984 and subsequently on staff as Consultant in Dept of Internal Medicine at the Scarborough Grace Hospital in 1985. He has almost 45 years of experience in internal medicine and allergies.

Please arrive 5 minutes before appointment. If patients are late, they may not be seen and be asked to rebook.
Do not take antihistamines (allergy pills/syrup) for 48 hours before appointment
If you have rash or hives, please forward us an email with pictures 48 hours before your appointment!
Please do not apply any cream or lotions on your arms for 24 hours before appointment
Bring a list of current medications
Bring a valid health card. Failure to do so will result in the need to reschedule appointment.
Only patients will be allowed in. No strollers or baby seats please!
Any cancellations or rescheduling must be received at least two working days prior to scheduled appointment. If you do not show up, there will be a $50 rebooking fee.
