Dr. Jaykumar Mehta is a Senior Consultant Interventional & Transplant Pulmonologist with extensive experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of respiratory conditions. He has completed his MBBS as a Gold Medalist, followed by MD, DNB and MNAMS. He has also completed a Postgraduate Fellowship in Pulmonology from Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore.
His clinical interests include asthma, allergies, COPD, chronic cough, breathlessness, sleep-related breathing disorders, interstitial lung disease, respiratory infections and other complex pulmonary conditions.
Dr. Mehta follows a patient-centred approach that focuses on understanding symptoms, identifying possible causes and developing an appropriate treatment plan according to each patient's condition.
He has experience treating more than 15,000 patients and provides respiratory care with a focus on helping patients understand and manage their lung health.
