As an out of network provider, I do not accept insurance. Statements that may be submitted for reimbursement are available through the electronic medical record system that I utilize.
Payment is requested at the time of service, in the form of cash, check, credit or debit card.
I require that sessions be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment, otherwise you may be charged the full session fee.
