Dr. M. Jamshed Alam Patwary worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the department of Computer Science, Nottingham Trent University, England in 2022. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, China, in 2020. According to the Scimago institutional ranking report 2023, Computer Science department of Shenzhen University ranks among the top 55 universities around the world. During his Ph.D., he received the most prestigious Guangdong Province (China) Outstanding International Ph.D. Student Award. He received his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Chittagong, Bangladesh, in 2006 and 2008, respectively. Currently he is working as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Chittagong. He has published a number of articles in reputed International journals and conferences, such as, Information Sciences, Applied Soft Computing, Neurocomputing, International Journal of Machine Learning and Cybernetics, International Journal of Fuzzy Systems, International Joint Conference on Neural Network (IJCNN), etc. He is a Member of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) which is the world's largest professional association. He is an Editorial Board Member of the Journal Artificial Intelligence Evolution. He is a regular reviewer of many International Journals and Conferences. His major research interests include Machine Learning Theory and Applications, Fuzzy Reasoning, Neuro-Fuzzy Systems, Computer Vision, Image Processing and Deep Learning.
