Dr. Malay was born and raised in California. Jade Malay, dc received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. After completing her chiropractic training, she moved to Boston, Massachusetts to complete a postgraduate residency in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.

Dr. Malay is a strong advocate for integrative and functional medicine. She believes in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. She takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, and she is passionate about helping her patients reach their full potential.

2. Dr. Jade Malay - Her Life and Work


Dr. Jade Malay is a Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, DC, and DABCO who has been working in the medical field for over 15 years. She has a wealth of experience in both primary care and urgent care settings and has also worked as a hospitalist and as an educator. In her current role, she provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventative care, management of chronic conditions, and health promotion.

Dr. Malay is a strong advocate for patient education and empowerment and believes that each patient has the right to be involved in their own healthcare decisions. She is passionate about working with her patients to create individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.

3. Dr. Jade Malay - Her Contribution to the World of Medicine


Dr. Jade Malay is a Family Nurse Practitioner, Acupuncturist, and Doctor of Chiropractic. She has dedicated her life to helping others feel their best and reach their full potential through integrative medicine.

Dr. Malay’s journey in healthcare started when she was just a child. Her father is a naturopathic doctor and her mother is a registered nurse. From a young age, she was exposed to a variety of alternative healing modalities and soon realized that she wanted to help others heal in mind, body, and spirit.

After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona, she went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Colorado.

During her studies, she also became certified in acupuncture and dry needling. She is now a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is licensed to practice in Colorado and Arizona.

Dr. Malay’s passion for integrative medicine led her to open her own practice, Elevate Family Health, in Denver, Colorado. At her practice, she offers a variety of services including primary care, acupuncture, chiropractic care, and nutritional counseling.

She also has a passion for education and has taught classes on integrative medicine at the University of Colorado and the National University of Natural Medicine. In addition, she has written articles for various publications on topics such as natural childbirth, breastfeeding, and integrative approaches to common childhood illnesses.

Dr. Malay’s ultimate goal is to help as many people as possible reach their optimum health and well-being. She is a strong advocate for the power of integrative medicine and believes that the mind, body, and spirit must be in balance in order to achieve true health.

4. Dr. Jade Malay - Her Legacy


Dr. Jade Malay, FNP-C, APRN, DC, DABCO was a beloved family physician who passed away tragically in a car accident in 2016. She was only 33 years old. Dr. Malay was a passionate doctor who always put her patients first. She was known for her kind and compassionate bedside manner. Her loss is felt deeply by her family, friends, and patients.

Dr. Malay was born and raised in the Bay Area of California. She graduated from the University of California, San Francisco with her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2014. She then went on to complete her post-graduate training at Stanford University. Dr. Malay was a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and also held certifications in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care and Acute Care. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Malay was also an Assistant Professor at the UCSF School of Nursing.

Dr. Malay was passionate about her work as a family physician. She was dedicated to providing high-quality, holistic care to her patients. She always took the time to get to know her patients and their families. She was a strong advocate for her patients and always fought for what was best for them.

Dr. Malay was taken from us far too soon. She was an amazing doctor and an even better person. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
