1. Service Overview

• Our service searches for and books earlier driving test dates suitable for you.

• The fee for each booking is variable and depends on factors such as demand, location, and how early the test date is. Prices are not fixed and may vary.

• All charges reflect our administration costs, which cover the business's daily operations.

2. Test Availability and Pricing

• Prices for driving test dates are not uniform and may fluctuate based on availability, test location, and the urgency of the date requested.

• Don't hesitate to get in touch with us to confirm the price before proceeding with the booking.

3. External Changes by the DVSA

• We are not responsible for any changes made to your test date by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).

• If the DVSA changes your test date after the booking has been made, we will not be able to reschedule or alter the date.

• No refunds or reimbursements will be provided in cases where the DVSA moves your test date.

4. Third-Party Interference

• Any changes to your driving test booking made by you or any third party (such as another driving test service provider or the DVLA) will limit our ability to offer assistance, including refunds or further rescheduling.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that no other third-party services interfere with your booking through our service.

5. No Affiliation with Government Agencies

• Driving Finder 4 You Limited is not affiliated with the DVSA, DVLA, or any government agencies.

• By using our services, you authorize us to share your information with the DVSA solely for the purpose of locating and booking earlier driving test dates.

6. Candidate Responsibility

• Once a booking is confirmed, it is the candidate's responsibility to update their personal details on the DVSA booking system.

• Please ensure you update your candidate information immediately after booking, as any communication regarding your test will be sent to the email address registered with the DVSA.

7. Liability and Refund Policy

• The service fee charged is for the administration and efforts to find an earlier test. Once a test has been booked and confirmed, the fee is non-refundable.

• We are not liable for any issues arising from test cancellations, changes made by the DVSA, or other external factors beyond our control.

8. Consent to Share Information
