DriveLog is a simple driving log app designed for teen drivers with a learner’s permit. Easily track your driving hours, record each practice session, and stay organized for DMV requirements. Built to be fast, clear, and easy to use, DriveLog helps you focus on becoming a confident and safe driver.

Welcome to DriveTrack. By tapping "I Agree", downloading, accessing, or using DriveTrack (the "App"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and the DriveTrack Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.
DriveTrack is a driving log application designed to help users record and manage driving sessions. It allows users to manually record drives, view driving history, track progress, and export driving logs.
DriveTrack is intended as a record-keeping tool only and is not a substitute for driver education, legal advice, or official government documentation.
DriveTrack is intended for users 13 years of age or older.
If you are under 18 years old, you should review this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy with a parent or legal guardian before using the App.
DriveTrack does not automatically begin recording your drives.
You are solely responsible for manually starting and stopping each driving session. If you forget to start or stop a drive, DriveTrack may not accurately record your driving activity.
Your safety comes first.
You agree to:
Obey all traffic laws.
Operate your vehicle safely at all times.
Never use DriveTrack in a manner that distracts you while driving.
Only interact with the App when it is safe and lawful to do so.
DriveTrack is not responsible for accidents, injuries, citations, or damages resulting from your use of the App.
When you manually start a drive, DriveTrack may collect information necessary to record that drive, including:
Location and route information
Start and end times
Drive duration
Other driving statistics used by the App
This information is stored on your device so you can review, edit, export, or delete your driving logs.
Your use of this information is also governed by the DriveTrack Privacy Policy.
You may edit or delete your driving logs at any time.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you record, edit, or export is accurate and truthful.
DriveTrack is a personal driving log tool.
DriveTrack does not guarantee that any driving log, report, export, or recorded hours will be accepted by:
Any Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
Licensing agency
Driver education program
School
Insurance company
Government agency
Any other organization
You are solely responsible for confirming the requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
DriveTrack currently stores your driving information locally on your device.
At this time, DriveTrack does not provide cloud backup or account synchronization.
If you delete the App, reset your device, lose your device, or otherwise remove the stored data, your driving logs may be permanently lost.
You are responsible for exporting or backing up any information you wish to keep.
The free version of DriveTrack contains advertisements.
DriveTrack offers an optional in-app purchase that removes advertisements.
All purchases are processed by the applicable app marketplace (such as the Apple App Store) and are subject to that marketplace's terms, billing policies, and refund procedures.
You agree not to:
Use DriveTrack for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
Reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App except as permitted by law.
Attempt to bypass advertisements or paid features.
Misrepresent driving records as official documents when they are not.
Use the App in any way that could harm DriveTrack or other users.
DriveTrack, including its software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and content, is owned by DriveTrack and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
DriveTrack may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, or new features at any time.
We may also modify this User Agreement when necessary.
Your continued use of DriveTrack after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
DriveTrack is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveTrack disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy
Reliability
Availability
Non-infringement
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always function correctly.
Recorded information will always be accurate.
The App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Bugs will be corrected immediately.
Data will never be lost.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveTrack and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:
Use or inability to use the App
Data loss
Incorrect or incomplete driving records
Lost driving hours
Device failures
Software bugs
Location inaccuracies
Accidents or injuries
Decisions made using information generated by the App
Your use of DriveTrack is entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to DriveTrack, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or used the App in a manner that harms DriveTrack or others.
By tapping "I Agree," you acknowledge that you have read and agree to both this User Agreement and the DriveTrack Privacy Policy.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You agree to be legally bound by these terms.
You have read and agree to the DriveTrack Privacy Policy.
You understand that DriveTrack is a driving log tool and does not guarantee acceptance of driving logs by any DMV or other organization.

DriveTrack Log (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
DriveTrack Log collects only the information necessary to provide core functionality.
Driving logs created manually by the user
Date, time, and duration of each driving session
Location data recorded only during a manually started driving session
Route data generated during that session
All driving data is stored only on your device. We do not store this data on any external servers.
Users are required to enter:
Name
State of residence
Age
Permit date
This information is used to personalize driving log tracking and help organize practice requirements. All profile information is stored locally on the device.
We may collect limited analytics data to improve app performance, such as:
App usage events (screens viewed, button interactions)
Crash reports and performance diagnostics
This data does not include driving routes or personally identifying details such as name or permit information.
DriveTrack Log uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:
Device identifiers
Advertising data for ad personalization and measurement
This data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.
DriveTrack Log offers in-app purchases, including:
Remove Ads
All purchases are processed securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple handles all billing and payment processing.
We use information to:
Provide driving log functionality
Track and organize driving practice sessions
Personalize app features based on user-provided permit and state information
Improve app performance and stability
Display advertisements (unless removed via purchase)
All user data is stored locally on the device
We do not use cloud storage or remote databases
If device backups (such as iCloud) are enabled, data may be included depending on user settings
We do not sell user data.
We may share limited data with:
Google AdMob (advertising services)
Apple (in-app purchase processing)
These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies.
DriveTrack Log is intended for users 13 years of age and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users between 13 and 18 should use the app with parental or guardian consent where required by law.
Since data is stored locally:
Deleting the app removes all stored data from the device
Users may manually delete driving logs within the app
No account or server-based deletion is required
DriveTrack Log may request:
Location access (only when manually starting a driving session)
Location is used solely to record driving routes and is not tracked in the background.
DriveTrack Log uses:
Google AdMob (advertising)
Apple In-App Purchase system (payments)
These services may collect limited data as described in their respective privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app or reflected in an updated version.
